The Master of Arts in Non-Profit Management responds to a growing need for increased managerial capabilities in non-profit organisations in Ireland and abroad. The programme attends to subjects that are at the heart of contemporary management generally and to subjects specific to non-profits. It is aimed at managers in the sector who are currently in senior management positions or are aspiring to reach this goal. It is aimed at developing general management competencies in non-profit management and learning evidence based practices.
