The overall aim of this course is to give students a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles of Administrative Law in Ireland. It will provide the student with an in-depth examination of the rules which regulate the conduct of an administrative body as well as the principal remedies available for the correction of a breach of those rules. This course is an ECTS 10 credit module of the Law degree.
