It seeks to equip both those who have some management responsibilities and those who hope to attain a management position with the requisite knowledge to make a valuable contribution to the strategic direction of their organisation and to advance their own career. The subjects studied include: Principles of Management; Human Resource Management; Financial Management and Strategic Management.
