Diploma in HR – September 2021

Students will have acquired skills in modern human resource management to aid them in developing a career in HR. Students will develop key skills in areas such as HRM concepts, strategies and policies which are applicable to companies in industries across the world.

Topics covered include:

Management Theory and Practice, The Strategic Context for HRM Today, HRM Practice in Ireland, International HRM, The Labour Market, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement, Reward Management, Appraising Performance, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations Management, Employee Relations, Managing Stress, Emerging Trends and Issues in HRM, Leadership and management.

This course runs three times per year, January, April & September. This course can be completed in class or online.
